Hunting and Pricing

Prices do not include gratuities.  Gratuities are greatly appreciated.

If you live outside of a 60 mile radius from Tiptonville, TN and are a repeat hunter with us, we will give you a 10% discount from our normal rates.

Should you refer us to your friends and they book a 2 day hunt or longer, we will knock of an additional 10% from the prices listed below.

Duck Hunting Daily Rates

Typical departure is 4:30 am depending on where you are lodged.  We typically hunt until 3PM.  If we are hunting from the pit, we can hunt until Sunset.

All Inclusive Hunt Package

4 man -      $150.00 per person weekday rate
                    $175.00 per person weekend rate
6 man -      $125.00 per person weekday rate
                    $150.00 per person weekend rate
8 man -      $100.00 per person weekday rate
                    $125.00 per person weekend rate

Price includes morning hunt till 3:00 noon, transportation to and from blinds, breakfast, lunch and game processing.

Non Hunter
$100 - per person

Youth (age 15 or younger)  -  Flat $100 per day regardless of party size.

Reservations

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required within ten days after making reservations. The balance is due upon arrival.

We accept personal and corporate checks.
We do not accept credit cards at this time.

Hunting dates will be chosen by a first deposit, first choice basis.

Cancellations
The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Licenses required: Non-Residents: Non-resident Hunting/fishing permit, Reelfoot Lake permit, Federal Duck stamp; Resident: Sportsman & Federal Duck stamp, or Hunting/fishing permit, Reelfoot Lake permit, Federal Duck Stamp. Steel shot sizes #4,2,BB. Waders may be required for some hunts; notification will be given.

Dogs

We welcome the use of retrievers, but please notify us when making reservations.
Guides will provide trained retrievers while hunting with your party.

Crappie Fishing Rates

2 man trip – sunrise departure.  6-8 hour trip.  Includes no meals.  Does include all bait and tackle. $200.00 for the group

4 man trip - $450.00 for the group

more than 4 – please ask for rates.

Licenses required: Non-Residents: Non-resident Hunting/fishing permit, Reelfoot Lake permit; Resident: Sportsman or Hunting/fishing permit, Reelfoot Lake permit. All bait and tackle supplied for fishing trip. Snacks supplied upon request. Fishing trip is for 6-8 hours. If weather becomes a factor, trip can be rescheduled to later date. Fish cleaning available for $0.25/fish and will include filleting and bagging of fish for freezing.

Turkey Hunting Rates

Departure: usually 4:30 am depending on where you are lodged.

Does not include any meals.  Does include snacks and drinks.  Set up of ground blind, decoys and guide service.

$250 per man per day with a 2 day minimum – maximum of four hunters

Licenses required: Non-Residents: Non-resident Hunting/fishing permit, Big-Game Permit, WMA Big-Game permit (if applicable); Resident: Sportsman or Hunting/fishing permit, Big-Game Permit, WMA Big-Game permit (if applicable). Field-dressing of harvest supplied. Blind(s) will be supplied. Picnic-style lunch available upon request as well as snacks.

Deer Hunting Rates

Departure: usually 4:30 am depending on where you are lodged.

Does not include any meals.  Does include snacks and drinks.  Set up of ground blind and/or tree stand, and guide service.

$250 per man per day with a 2 day minimum – maximum of four hunters

Archery is preferred

Licenses required: Non-Residents: Non-resident Hunting/fishing permit, Big-Game Archery, Muzzleloader, or Rifle Permit, WMA Big-Game permit (if applicable); Resident: Sportsman or Hunting/fishing permit, Big-Game Archery, Muzzleloader, or Rifle Permit, WMA Big-Game permit (if applicable). Field-dressing of harvest supplied. Blind(s) will be supplied. Stands will be provided or hunter may bring own climbing stand…SAFETY HARNESS IS REQUIRED OR NO HUNTING WILL TAKE PLACE!! Laundry can be done for $20/washing-drying in unscented laundry supplies and bagged. Snacks supplied upon request. Picnic-style lunch available upon request as well as snacks.

NO LODGING IS SUPPLIED BY CYPRESS CREEK OUTFITTERS, HOWEVER SUITABLE LODGING WILL BE RECOMMENDED FOR PURCHASER OF TRIP!!
